What an adventurous week it has been. Just a few days ago, I faced one of my biggest fears and went skydiving!

I was beyond nervous the days leading up to the jump. The night before, I couldn't even fall asleep. My heart was beating so fast, and when I woke up, my heart was still beating extremely fast.

It was the most nervous I have EVER been for something.

However, once the jump was actually taking place, I wasn't scared at all. This taught me an important lesson: Fear is a mile wide, but only an inch deep.

Don't let your brain psych you out. If your brain doesn't get in the way, nothing is actually that scary.

It is going to knock your socks off!

We’ve all played against people that we think we can’t beat.

Unfortunately, when we think that, it usually turns out to be true. Here’s what you can change to help you play better against those players. . . in Under 60 Seconds.

I have APP Arizona this weekend.

In preparation, my partner, Richard, and I have been working on how to optimize our team strategy.

One crucial thing we worked on this past week that I'm excited to debut in this tournament is being much more aggressive by using Erne's.

Richard is a top 3 left-side player on the APP tour, so for him, dinking left to left with people is a pattern we want to get in. For us to capitalize on this, when he dinks cross-court and the opponent eventually bails out and tries to change direction down my line, that is the exact moment I'm waiting for!

I will jump the corner and go for an Erne.

I'm excited to compete, and will let you know if / when one of our matches is live-streamed on center court!
