How to hit a speed up off the bounce with your forehand! ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ‡

Your EXCLUSIVE week 27 video is here!

Welcome to The Secrets to 5.0 Newsletter

Hey Everyone!

Iโ€™m currently in Daytona Beach, Florida, competing in the last tournament of the year, PPA Daytona.

I played 9 total matchesโ€ฆ in ONE day. That is insane!!

However, I qualified for singles and mixed doubles (with Alexa Schull).

I lost in the last round of menโ€™s doubles, but it was a great experience and fantastic practice!

I also met some pretty COOL fans! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Now, letโ€™s get to your exclusive videoโ€ฆ

How to hit a speed up off the bounce with your forehand! ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ‡

There is ONE crucial mistake I see almost EVERY player make when trying to speed the ball up off the bounce with their forehand.

Hereโ€™s how to do it correctly.โ€ฆ in Under 60 Seconds.

What Iโ€™m Working On Right Now

Iโ€™ve been hyper-focused on dialing in my drives at 70% power and 100% spin.

The reason is that the balls we use on the pro tours โ€“ especially the Vulcan ball (on the PPA Tour) play FAST, and itโ€™s pretty difficult to hit an un-attackable third-shot drop.

The main point of my practice has been hitting drives that dip as soon as they go over the net.

This forces my opponents to hit up on the ball, giving me an easier next ball to drop.

If you try to blow through your opponent, the talented players will punish you if your drive is even just a little too high.

Iโ€™m excited to put this into action this weekend!

Till next time!

Tanner
