I just arrived in Kansas City for the APP, and I have some REALLY exciting news!

I’m playing men’s doubles this weekend with Jay Devilliers!

If you don’t know Jay, he’s been one of the top men’s doubles players in the game for years and recently made the move from the PPA to the APP.

This will be his APP debut, and I’m excited to help make it one to remember.

The funny part is… we haven’t practiced together at all yet 😂

But on paper, I think our games complement each other perfectly. Jay has that aggressive, “big left side” style, while I’m more of a consistent, counter-heavy right-side player.

I think we’re going to be a dangerous combination.

For mixed doubles, I’m playing with the legend herself: Simone Jardim.

I actually just spent the past three days in Tennessee practicing at her house so we could dial in our mixed game before the tournament.

While I was there, Simone also put me through a few full-on, high-intensity private lessons to work on my groundstrokes.

And lucky for you… I recorded one of them from START TO FINISH.

No highlight reel. No cutting out the mistakes. You’re going to get the entire lesson, almost as if you were standing on the court getting coached by Simone yourself.

And remember, this is someone who spent years at the very top of women’s professional pickleball.
