What a way to end the year!

We took home 2nd place in the APP's last tournament of the year in Fort Lauderdale.

If one year ago you would've told me I'd end the year with 2 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal, and 2 Bronze Medals in 2025. . .

I would have said you're delusional!

It's crazy how effective it is to have a goal and set your mind to something, anything is accomplishable! 

This week, instead of having an exclusive 60-second video for you, I have something else, EXTREMELY valuable.

I would say one of the main skills you need to develop in order to level up is the ability to recognize when you're on defense, neutral, or offense in a rally.

This is because you will hit certain shots depending on what side of the rally you're on. If you don't understand this, you'll never be able to take big strides in your game.
