
When you show up to the pickleball court, does your warm-up consist of just hitting a few dinks and calling it a day?
This is ASKING for an injury.
Instead, do this drill that Christian Alshon taught me (PPA ranked top 3).
He does it for singles to loosen his hips completely.
You should add it to your routine to make sure you’re moving as efficiently as you can!
