How to Handle an Aggressive 3rd Shot Drop
Your EXCLUSIVE week 43 video is here!

👋
I’m very excited for the US OPEN in 3 weeks!
It’ll be my first time ever attending.
I know it’s the most popular tournament of the year.
If you’re attending, let me know and be sure to say hi!
Now, let’s get to this week's video:

How to Handle an Aggressive 3rd Shot Drop
There are two keys to handling an aggressive third shot drop.
One is to scoop the ball;
The other is to use your inside foot to cross-step.
Learn how to execute both of these (and a bonus tip)–in Under 60 Seconds.

This past week, I had a great result at the APP Fort Lauderdale tournament.
In mixed doubles, we upset the #3 seed.
I was looking back on how we were able to do this and it came down to one thing; playing fearless.
We weren’t expecting anything from the match, so we played lights out.
We played like we had nothing to lose.
Oftentimes, if I go against a team I know I should beat, I’ll often play timidly and be scared to make mistakes.
After this win in mixed doubles, it told me that the way to win any match is to play like nothing is on the line.
My favorite quote from Kobe Bryant: “Whether you win or lose, you’re going to wake up and do the same thing the next day regardless.”
Till next week✌️
