Hey Team Tanner!

Nicaragua has been a blast!

Well, besides day 2, where I spent the entire day in the hospital with food poisoning.

Then the trip became AWESOME! 😂

Waves and pickleball, what more could you ask for?

Now, let’s get to your exclusive video.

How to Hit a 2-Handed Backhand Drive

If you are still figuring out how to build a better 2-handed backhand, this video is for YOU.

Here are the 3 main steps to developing a STRONG 2-handed backhand in Under 60 Seconds.

One of the best moments from this trip

What I’m Working On Right Now

My focus recently has been ‘no loose errors from the back and mid-court.’

After facing off against Anna Bright and Dekel Bar at my last tournament, it was eye-opening to see that my skill at the kitchen line is very close to theirs.

However, there is a clear thing that separates our levels;

CONSISTENTLY making it to the kitchen line.

They make it to the line practically every point.

My team only made it to the line about 50% of the time.

Of course, they’re going to win. They’re giving themselves more opportunities to control the point and score.

So, lately, I’ve been working nonstop on my transition game.

The next time you play, record your game or count how many times you actually make it to the kitchen line vs your opponent. Most often, whoever makes it the most will win.

Then, work on making sure you make it more than your opponent!
