Mistake ALL 3.5s Make in Pickleball
Your EXCLUSIVE week 34 video is here!
Hey Team!
I'm excited to finally return to the United States after 27 hours of travel from India!
The best part is I'm competing in Daytona this week at the APP Tournament.
Constant tournaments are the main thing I look forward to in pickleball.
The hustle is so much fun!
Now, let’s get to your exclusive video.

Mistake ALL 3.5s Make in Pickleball
This mistake is so massive, and I find that most 3.5s, or even 4.0s, don’t even realize they’re making it.
Essentially, it’s all about where you begin your swing while standing at the kitchen line.
Watch the video to see if you’re guilty of this mistake, too, in Under 60 Seconds.

What I’m Working on Right Now
Just like last week, I’ve been grinding on my two-handed backhand topspin dink.
The way the game is evolving, I’m convinced this shot is gonna be a must-have in your arsenal. Slicing dinks? That’s playing defense.
But rolling a two-handed backhand? That’s taking control.
You’re dictating the pace, putting pressure on your opponent, and making them uncomfortable.
I’ve had a lot of success with it in tournaments, but I’m still dialing in the confidence—it’s getting there!
What’s wild about pickleball? If you’re making 90% of your dinks, that still means you’re missing 1 out of every 10.
And at the elite level, you need to be hitting 98-99% of them. You can’t be handing out free points by dumping dinks into the net.
Hopefully, I can use it successfully this week in Daytona - where I’m playing with Kyle Koszuta in Men’s and Alexa Schull in Mixed.
If you happen to be at the event, be sure to say hello!
