Mistakes ALL 3.5 Level Players Make!

Your EXCLUSIVE week 57 video is here!

👋

What an eventful week I had!

I got into a few different rec games with some of the top players in the world. I got to play with Ben Johns, Christian Alshon, and Jaume Martinez Vich (in separate games).

It's amazing to play against their level and see where I match up with them.

The most notable difference they have when playing against them is the hand speed. No matter what, they're always on the next ball. Even when you think the point is over, they get it back.

Obviously, this happens more and more the higher levels you go, but the top in the world are truly the best for a reason.

Just like you, I’m always learning new things.

Now, let’s get to this week's video:

Mistakes ALL 3.5 Level Players Make!

When I watch 3.5 level players play at the park, here are the top 3 mistakes I see all of them make. . . in Under 60 Seconds.

I'm still going hard at practicing the most effective shot I've added to my arsenal, and that's the lob.

More specifically, the two-handed topspin lob off my backhand. This shot is so fantastic, because of the disguise it has from my normal dink. I am constantly catching players off guard.

More importantly, after I hit them with it once, they're forced to respect it and back off the kitchen line. If you haven't messed around with the lob, I recommend it.

This, by far, has been the most effective shot I've added, without a doubt.

Till next week!

PS. There is a new hybrid shape for the CRBN⁴ TruFoam Genesis line of paddles. It’s something different that I think a lot of players will really like.
