The Mental Checklist for the 4th Ball 🧠💯
Your EXCLUSIVE week 48 video is here!

Welcome Everyone!
I came to a huge realization last week at the APP tournament that I'm pumped to share with you.
It's about how to actually see big improvements in your pickleball game.
You can find it in the "Pro Journey" Section below.
It is truly an eye-opening approach.
Now, let’s get to this week's video:

The Mental Checklist for the 4th Ball! 🧠💯
Many players overlook the importance of the 4th shot in pickleball. But if you want to become a 5.0, you must learn to apply pressure consistently, even if you have to let the ball bounce first.
Here’s how you do that–in Under 60 Seconds.

I've been playing the full Pro Tour schedule for just over a year now.
I've made some big strides for sure, but no gold medals yet. Why are some players winning, and I'm losing?
Is it because they're better?
I know that on any given day, I can be the winner, but why haven't I won yet?
The reason is this. . .
When I practice, I play against top PPA players, hold my own, and do well. I go for my shots because there is no real pressure if I miss.
For example, I practice the two-handed backhand dink for 3-5 hours per week, every week.
JUST that one shot.
However, when I get into the tournament, I get scared I will miss and revert back to my slice dink.
Before this past tournament began, I realized that I'm playing a tournament 2x per month for 12 months a year (pretty much).
There always is going to be another opportunity in a week or 2.
There is no reason to be scared.
The way you truly see improvement in your game is that you have to take what you're practicing and put it into action in a pressure environment.
Of course, there will be some growing pains of missing shots, but over the long run, it will ACTUALLY make you better. If you spend hours practicing, but don't use what you're practicing, what is the point of practicing those shots in the first place?
Maybe you’ve noticed this in your game. . . if you’re too focused on winning, instead of putting new shots into play, you will stay the same and not get better.
But if you focus on adding new shots or strategies and struggle early, eventually your game will improve, and the wins will follow.
Hope this helps!
